I reserved a truck when I was at the location the truck was already on the road with someone else and their was 2 hours wait which I couldn’t do I called customer service and they just told me to go to another location to get another vehicle so I had to do uber to get there and than come back in uber after dropping the truck which I didn’t get any discount for that so when I was at the other location and did the pick up procedure in the app it was showing that I can pick up the key from counter and the cashier was saying that I should be getting a code from u haul because the key is in the truck I wasn’t getting any code so had to wait for another 30 minutes overall my time and money was wasted it was the poorest experience I could get
