Originally booked pick up location was not updated to reflect lack of equipment. I had to arrive at the pick up location, then call Customer Service, then drive to another location to retrieve my rental truck. I was not given advance notice of this.

The truck sounded like it was stuck in second gear; it was a rough ride. Would not recommend long distance. The truck was clean and ready when I was ready for it. The man at the service desk/gas station was cordial.
DONNA JThe entire lot was covered in bumby ice patches and I had to unhook and unload my car all by myself on all the ice which caused a major hazard for walking and driving.
HEATH DTrailers were in an icy parking lot with some of the trailers frozen Into the ice. We chose a trailer we could get out of the frozen ice. You had to walk carefully due to the ice. My truck tires were spinning with no traction until I put it into 4 x 4. They had one person at the location who was helpful but he had to stay inside since it was a retail gas station and grocery store. The location was perfect for me so I would rent from them again.
LAREN MI had accidentally completed the drop off before I had dropped it off. I only did this because on the app it wasnt clear that when you click drop off it just completes it there. So I got a call this morning saying I never returned the truck. Hopefully this will be fixed in the future.

Joe KI was charged $120 for missing items/ damages with no explanation. Nothing was damaged or not returned in the exact state. It was checked out.
Aaron LThey totally messed up my order, shorted me blankets, changed the drop location from original Delano MN to there site, so ended up paying an extra day because could not return at Bradys, and i even returned it a day early. complete disaster and a very unhappy customer.
