First of all, it scared the shit out of me, when they called me and told that the U-Haul I rented out is reported as stolen. What happened during the day of booking U-Haul is that I picked up U-Haul at round 6 pm. After moving all my stuff, I returned the U-Haul back to the original gas station where I picked it from at around 9pm. I handed the keys to the gas station worker with whom I picked up the keys. A week later, I got a phone call mentioning that the U-Haul I rented out is not returned yet and reported stolen. At first I thought it was some kind of scam call and ignored it, since I had returned the U-Haul the same day I rented out. After couple of minutes, I get a call from my close friend that U-Haul tried to contact them about U-Haul truck that’s been reported as stolen. I called back the number which I thought was scammer. They told me they had called earlier in a week. I was busy with my stuff, as I don’t pickup calls from unknown number until the second call ring from the same number. They did not even leave me a voice message so that I could get back to them. After reaching out to them, they told me that I had not returned the U-Haul. I told them that I returned U-Haul the same day that I rented it out. I rushed to the gas station where I left the U-Haul to find it sitting right there in parking lot. I tried telling the gas station worker about U-Haul sitting in front parking lot and why haven’t they done anything about U-Haul being returned to the location. The gas station worker was a Indian dude, who didn’t even speak English and could not comprehend what I said him about U-Haul being in parking lot and has not nothing to do with being stolen. It was a complete mess for couple of hours. At least, seeing U-Haul in parking lot brought a lot of relief to me, and it was the issue with the U-Haul and not me! I wouldn’t recommend booking U-Haul. Trying renting it out from HomeDepot. They got latest trained professionals to talk to.

The person behind the counter was rude. Had a reservation for 10:30am, showed up at 10:15 to complete paperwork and leave at 10:30 but did not leave until 11:15. The other people that had the truck were supposed to have it delivered back by 10:15am and the worker did not care that they were over 45 minutes late coming back with the truck. What’s the point of a reservation if there is no regard for it???

The telephone/online service was horrible and took way too long even after we had booked online. The location itself was fine, the Uhaul representative was redundant and required manager's assistance on a routine booking. The process was very painful.

I didn't get their name but the person that runs this location is prompt and very kind! I was expecting a longer wait time, as with my previous visits to Uhaul, but, I was in and out fast. Thank you for making this such a smooth process and with laughs!

This is easily the best U-Haul provider i have ever used. The employees are extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I am not going anywhere else for any uhual needs. This place is awesome

This location was an alternate due to equipment availability. The owner, very nice and helpful, but to be real, it is a convenience store and he has customers lining up constantly to buy gum and cigs. I prefer a location with stock of all supplies and he simply does not have space to hold all the uhaul add-on items. Grateful he had the truck I needed, but would not select this location.

The guy was pretty agitated because of how long the checkout process is… so he blamed me for his long line of store customers (after he let at minimum 10 of his store customers pass me by). I suggested he get more help at location (especially on weekends). The drop off process was easy and fast.

First time and last time customer because the $14 safe move charge (which was unnecessary and should have been refunded), $25 for not sweeping, and $5.25 per gallon of fuel if not refilled is a clear scam.

Had the truck for less than 9 hours but was Charged for two days plus tax making my bill over $110!! Supposed to have been corrected yesterday but hasn’t been yet!

I feel like I were ripped off because the truck were near empty on gas. I didn’t not go over 5 miles and I were charged 77.00. Totally rip off. Location were good. But lime I said totally rip off

The gentlemen was very nice and very helpful. The 20 foot truck was suppose to have a ramp and it did not. So not only did it make my move extrememly hard it made the rental of a dolly useless. The man was nice enough to refund my dolly rental but could not do anything else because he doesn't manage the u-hauls. He said he would tell the owner of truck. I was dissappointed when I got my invoice and saw I was not compensated at all for the truck not having the ramp like promise.
