KATELYNN DThe truck was extremely dirty. I reserved a dozen blankets and they only had 9 and still charged me for 12. I will not be renting from that location again. They even made me fold the blankets and told if I didn’t they would up charge me for it. It also took over 30 minutes to rent even after a reservation.
ALEX JDrop off was quick and easy. Representative saw me pull up and came out to assist with the drop off.

Joshua HTHIS FRANCHISE IS RIDICULOUS! I AM FAIRLY PISSED OFF. He's trying to OVERCHARGE me $400 for free days that was granted to me; which was verified in the system by a REAL U-HAUL ASSOCIATION. I RETURNED THE U-HAUL A HOUR LATER DUE TO TRAFFIC ISSUES. YET HERE HE IS STILL TRYING TO CHARGE ME. He needs to be trained correctly to even have this U-HAUL franchise. I will sue him for harassing me.
