THIS FRANCHISE IS RIDICULOUS! I AM FAIRLY PISSED OFF. He's trying to OVERCHARGE me $400 for free days that was granted to me; which was verified in the system by a REAL U-HAUL ASSOCIATION. I RETURNED THE U-HAUL A HOUR LATER DUE TO TRAFFIC ISSUES. YET HERE HE IS STILL TRYING TO CHARGE ME. He needs to be trained correctly to even have this U-HAUL franchise. I will sue him for harassing me.
