This is without a doubt the most bizarre and poor experience I’ve had renting from U-Haul. I was charged for equipment that I reserved but was not present. The pickup location is a convenience store with a couple of trucks. I was pressured to return the truck well before my return time because they overbooked their trucks. I will carry furniture on my back for miles before ever returning to this location

I picked the truck with 11 miles to empty. The truck was extremely dirty. While discussing rental with colleague, I found out I could have saved $200 renting a truck from HD. ($150/day unlimited miles). I only needed the truck one day. I kept it for 2 just for the convenience of cleaning it the next morning instead of at night. So, dirty truck, empty gas gas, and $200 more than your competitor.

CHANDRASHEKAR YIt took an hour to get the truck. We ordered the mattress cover & hand truck and they didn't have it. The attendant had to take care of customers in between taking care of us. Not the best customer care service.

RENA CThe person there at this location had no idea what he was doing...never checked the trailor lights and never tightened the trailer hitch on the ball. After I drove 20 miles with no lights and got home I checked them to make sure they were working..that's when I found all of this out...I contacted uhaul at the 800 number on the app and they sent a person out right away to fix the bad wiring..
