Person never checked the uhaul back in when I returned it so I had to call and handle it myself.

These guy are crooks I got a 19.99 truck for 3 hours an I drove 6.3 miles an my bill was 88$ I will be calling the company of uhail to get some of my money back an iwill be looking for a new moveing service next time.

This location made my friend and I feel incredibly unsafe. There was also no clear indication that the dealer was located WITHIN a convenience store. We had to walk in and ask. As 2 young women renting the truck by ourselves, we were very scared, and I would hate for another young woman to feel the same way. Additionally, the parking lot had folks loitering and clearly doing drugs both when we picked up the truck and dropped it off. All of this, again, made us feel very unsafe. I am aware U-Haul cannot control certain things, but the location itself is not good.

They over charged for the Uhaul yall are crooks , it was FILTHY! There was spoiled food under the seat and a nasty hair brush the Uhaul was disgusting . And yall have the nerve to charge me over 145 you made the total more than it should be I will NEVER rent from this location.

While I was waiting to check out, the individual who was working at the gas station was also selling drug paraphernalia to customers. It was very shady and I felt uncomfortable throughout the whole process.
