I told them I was not returning the trailer, he put me down for local , when I went to leave the trailer in Kansas I was charged double for the clerks error

Brent HThere were two very large dogs that approached the truck. After being attacked previously, I was not comfortable just getting out of the truck. Even though I returned the truck with a quarter tank of gas, which is what I had upon pick up, I was charged an additional $20 for 2 gallons of gas which I was told it was short . This is unacceptable.
MARY DThe owner Scott was extremely rude. He was in a really bad mood. He blamed his mood on me, even though he was rude to me and other customers that walked into the shop. He made one customer so mad they left. I don’t believe that he needs to be a representing U-Haul moving is stressful enough without having that kind of attitude meet you..

GLEN TThe owner and staff at this location could not have been nicer or more professional. The reservation and payment process, however, was a catastrophe. I felt so sad for the clerk who tried repeatedly to enter my information, only to have it fail. She was embarrassed, and it wasn't her fault. Apparently, there was something wrong with the computer system. We finally completed the process, but it took an hour and a half. Everything else was first class.

Joshua VU-Haul trailer drop off. Pretty sure the bald headed, beer belly, 50+ something owner(?) was named Dick. Went in, Mr. Dick said nothing while behind desk—no greeting or acknowledgement as I stood there momentarily. I said I have a trailer drop off. Mr. Dick said “I’m very busy, I’m working.” I said “OK, then would you like it?” Only then did he look up at me for the first time and said “I said I’m very busy, I’m working right now. Go outside and wait.” I said nothing, almost got to the door and he asked “where is it?” I pointed to the back side I was on. Waited at least 15 minutes. By this time I was beginning to start looking for another drop point. But noticed Mr. Dick in my side mirror at my door in my blind spot behind me. Rolled the window down and he immediately arrogantly questioned “You started to unhook this? Who hooked this up?” I said “I unplugged the lights.” Then Mr. Dick started in, “Who hooked it up? My chains are scratched up.” (seriously—those were his exact words “My chains are scratched up.”) I asked “Where do you want this?” with no other acknowledgement. He glared at me quietly fuming behind me like a cop on a traffic stop with me in my driver’s seat looking back at him. He didn’t answer. I asked “-- the trailer? (as in, where?)” Then he said “You need to slow down.” Then he gave the instruction. I parked it, got out and Mr. Dick started going off about how it wasn’t hooked up right and that he was going to turn in whoever hooked it up, started taking pictures, and keep going on about his new chains being scratched up. I kept quiet because as a long haired out of state Navy veteran in a small Texas town I knew this could get even uglier and I’d be the one in jail accused of sorts of crap. When he thought he had berated me enough, he said “you can go.” Of course I left promptly. I had just driven over 600 miles and 11 hours since 1 AM, with a 30 minute museum delivery that took 30 minutes. “Fortunately” the trailer drop off was on the next street. Unfortunately I had to deal with this guy who was aggressive, rude, unprofessional, and a real jerk. U-Haul got their trailer back 3 days early. Got a heap of thanks for that—NOT. And I guess Dick can compare his pictures to the ones that the U-Haul agent took when it was hooked up predestination. Cause I sure didn’t unhook that thing in the middle of the trip.

Ronald SOne of the lights on the tow dolly did not work. Someone had to be called out for repairs. It took close to 2 hours for the person to arrive. My issue is that there was another trailer 3 blocks away and I was not allowed to use it.

Bonnie DWork on Customer Service. Retrain your employees how to properly charge someone the correct amount without overcharging me. The person also yelled at me saying that I was wrong and that he in fact did not over charge me which he actually did.
