The customer service provided by the attendants was mixed. When I picked up the equipment, the lady who attended to me was ok. However, when returning the equipment, the gentleman who received the equipment was very rude. He claimed that I have returned the equipment later than the booked time. I told him that I had unplanned incidents and that I was ready to pay any incidental cost associated with the trip. He was rude and I find that offensive, since I would eventually have to pay for whatever bill he gave me.
