Either change it back to being able to rent something in person or make it clear that reserving a trailer, truck etc must be done through the website. I wasn't certain I needed a trailer so I didn't reserve it online, then when went to pick one up and try to reserve it in person I found out I had to do it online. It's fairly quick and painless, they guide you through proper trailer hookup crossing the chains and such.

DAWN HEmployees weren't aware of the rental process. They had to call the owner to find out if they needed to do anything to assist. Everything took 5x longer than it should have (App crashed, website wouldn't let me check in). Renting close to my house did not save me any time whatsoever.
