After being charged 1800 bucks for a 6 mile journey, we were upset. So we had uhaul fix their mess up and now I'm waiting on money to be put back into my account that I shouldn't be waiting on. Also since I have lefty card has been charged 2 more times. I need to speak with someone.

This man was horrendous. I had done the reservation online and just needed to pickup (after my original location was switched due to lack of truck I had picked initially) and it still took him almost an hour to get us in the vehicle. He blamed it on “lack of training by uhaul.” He called the system “retarded,” and then he said he assumed my boyfriend was driving the truck to which I inquired why he thought that and he said it was because I was “the girl.” He then charged us over double the price I was quoted. We think he canceled my initial reservation and just created a new one. He doubled the price of the insurance I had picked initially, doubled our days, and almost tripled our mileage needed. Why? Who knows. We didn’t ask for that. He also changed our drop off location. The only positive- Uhaul customer service was excellent in trying to rectify the situation.

Dillon SI specifically selected NOT to include the goddman SAFEMOVE insurance with my rental and yet it was ADDED ANYWAY! What the heck? I was surprised I did not have to sign that annoying waver at the register like always, but the guy just selected to charge me 50% more for my rental without telling me. I found out when I returned the trailer and got a bigger bill then expected. Thats a very sneaky and frustrating method to overcharge your customers! Shame on you!!

MITCHEL SThe attendant checking all U-Haul customers in was very nice and did her best to get to all of us as fast as she could. Poor woman was the only one working at the store so she was trying to deal with the Quick Stop customers while also trying her best to help the U-Haul customers. She was stretched thin. Trailer worked perfectly for my needs. Really appreciated the free month of storage at a U-Haul facility too!

JEREMY PTruck was awful. Sounded like it was on its last leg. The alignment was off and engine needed service badly. I tried to explain this to the guy who was working at the service station but he said it was par for the course. Last time I’ll ever rent a U-Haul.
Tyler SI think truthfully the Milage pricing is quite insane for the weekends. I also think U-haul should reimburse you for putting more gas in there then what’s needed.
