DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. We had a scheduled reservation at 11am. Showed up the building which the trucks are rented from and it was locked and no one was there (hours 11-8). Called several numbers and finally got through to the man running the place. He told me how to access the key to the truck in the lock box but was unable to get the dolly and furniture pads because no one was at the building. The man finally shows up an hour and 15 minutes after our original reservation to give us the pads and dolly. Upon return of said vehicle no one was there again when business hours are posted 11-8. We accidentally dropped the keys in the drop box after the truck was locked (fully aware this is our fault), and were not able to check the truck in via truck share. Tried calling the man 3x and was unable to get ahold of him. Tried calling uhaul and they were absolutely no help and unable to do anything. We will not be using this location or uhaul again due to the unpleasant experience start to finish. As well I would suggest you find another company/place to rent moving trucks and supplies from, unless you like hassle.

Very reasobable price to move my daughter in her college apartment. There was sime confusion about whether it was one way or a return trip. However, it was quickly resolved. Liked the 24hr pick up/drop off.

No computer on site for check in made it a very slow process. Had to talk on agents phone to s third party in another location. Not comfortable giving out personal information over the phone but i needed the truck. Agent was helpful though and polite. Was trying to do wgat ge could under the circumstances.

Initially I was concerned since there was not an actual office to directly speak with someone, so it started off a bit hectic. Yet the representative did an splendid job making efficient changes in lieu of the situation (i.e. the original u-haul was not starting properly). He was also quick to respond and cared for a positive experience.

The U Haul equiptment owner need a sign that informs new customers to call his business number to initiate the rental process. I went to his office twice only to be told by a friend of mine calling his number starts the process

Apparently, there is an ongoing problem with gas theft from the vehicles on the lot in this neighborhood. When I picked up the truck the gas gauge indicated barely 1/4 tank, I drove approximately 16 miles total. Before returning the truck, I added gas to the tank which took the gauge to approximately 3/8 tank. The attendant stated his computer showed more gas was in the truck, but did admit that this was the third incident of this kind. I had left my van on the lot while using the truck and had just filled the tank. I returned to find I had 3/4 tank of gas in my personal van. Before I would use this site again, I would recommend surveillance be installed to monitor security. The service I received was great, but the location is less than ideal.

I was not happy with the fact I still paid 52.00 no dolly and I went 20 miles out my way to get one from another location and only got money taken off of mileage when my destination was only 10 miles away.

Upon arrival no one was on site, I called to be informed the rep was out of the office on an errand. I was then instructed that someone would be return but they werent sure when, I was then instructed where to locate keys to the extremly dirty vehicle and the assistance was not the best. Upon returning vechile on the same day, no one was there again so I self checked in online and when I informed location they were not please. I was overcharged for the rental,

Close down this location permanently. That's literally the only way you can improve U-haul as a business. Because of my experience, I never want to use U-haul again. There are other companies that can do the job for me without me having to go through the horrendous experience that I went through at this location. I would not recommend this U-haul location to my worst enemy. The "employee" for lack of a better word (or worse word) was rude, incompetent, and threatening. How does it take an hour to get a U-haul that I've already preordered with my information and everything taken care beforehand? Plus, they didn't even have the truck I reserved. I hope someone reads this review and realizes that they shouldn't go here. I don't care if it's the closest U-haul to your house. It's not worth it.

Lifesaver......needed to move and it was a last minute decision to try this location. The rep was very pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful (to say the least). We made a reservation for a van for Saturday, March 24 at 11:30. When we arrived we where told that nothing was available because one of the partners let the van go to a church function without properly renting it out in the system. They went to a previous customer to pick up a truck for us 4 hours later & told us we could have it at the same rate of the van for $19.99. The truck was full of balloons from the previous clients function. When we got the e-mail receipt, an adjustment was made for the $19.99 but the insurance was not adjusted & the mileage was not adjusted. Mr. Davis did not keep his word & the entire experience was a total fail. Never ever ever ever rent anything from this location!!!!!!!!!!

Originally my reservation was with U-Haul at Snap's Hardware 7023 Cullen. The service I received was UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE. The U-Haul I reserved was not at the site and I was told by the Rep that there was nothing that could be done. I was out of luck for a truck. Of course, I did not settle for that response. As a customer who did all that was required of the customer, it is only right that the U-Haul deal at this location make it right. I had to escalate my concern to the main office for resolution. It was Ms. Gina Knox-Baker from the main office who took control of the situation and contacted Quick Time Auto Rental at 11626 Cullen to locate me a truck and waive the extra miles I had to travel to pick up the truck. The Rep at 7023 Cullen was very unprofessional in his willingness to accommodate me as the customer. It took 1.5 hrs to get a RESERVED U-Haul. I would not recommend Quick Time to a friend. While they had a truck, the establishment was very unprofessional in appearance and when I returned the U-Haul during business hours no one was there to receive the truck so I could pay cash and not have my credit card charged. For my money and business both locations were unprofessional, not customer friendly and will never get business from me or my friends. After all is said and done, I want to give COMMENDATIONS to Ms. Gina Knox-Baker who resolved the issue and addressed my concerns as a customer. Ms. Knox-Baker of the main office should receive the Customer Service award for her excellent professional demeanor. I will be sending a letter to the main office.

Whereas, Mr. Mike was very helpful and friendly, the van was extremly filthy. He had to switch it out to a truck for no additional charge. I don't think it should have been offered without checking the van prior to use.

It was a strange experience overall 5+ stars for the rep being polite and a pleasure to speak with on the phone. He did apologize for the truck not being clean when I picked it up, I'm not sure if it's actually ever been cleaned. I was surprised to find the building totally dark, locked, and barred up when I arrived on time. I almost left and went elsewhere but decided to call the number instead. The gentleman took my details over the phone while I sat in the parking lot and then let me know that the van was unlocked with keys under the drivers seat. When dropping off the uhaul, it's a very dark lot in a bad area so it was not that safe. I know lights don't do much to prevent theft etc, but it would be nice to not drop off a uhaul in a pitch black lot with empty barred up buildings. Like I said, the gentleman I spoke with was great, very polite and kind, it was just a weird experience all around. Sadly I'll drive further to use a better location next time.

The pick up was at an abandoned Go-Kart track and business in a very rough area of town. There was no one there and I had to phone to try to get someone to tell me what I needed to do. I was never afforded an opportunity to do a walk around of the vehicle or anything else. I never even saw a U-Haul employee. It was only a voice over a cell phone with a poor connection. Then the voice told me to drop the vehicle at the wrong location in New Orleans and they tried to charge me for gas when I returned it exactly where the gauge said it had when I picked up the vehicle. Very bad experience

Mike was a great help. The phone check in was awesome and made the whole experience smooth. The truck was ready and clean. Simply showed up, picked up the truck and returned it after hours with the key drop. The receipt came via email and was clear and concise. I haven’t rented a truck for a while, but it has never been so easy.
