Daron LThe center where I picked up the rental was great. My problem started with a Uhaul rep via phone telling me I had to return the truck to its original location because that location owned the truck and if I turned it in to another location I would be charged a fee to have the truck taken back to its original location. I was 350 miles from the original location and could only imagine what I would be charged to have uhaul move the truck back 350 miles. So I drove back to houston and turned in the truck. Come to find out that that location did not own the truck and it could have been left in San Angelo. THANKS UHAUL, for wasting $300 in fuel costs and 7 hours of my time trying to move on short notice. So, who is going to pay for my time since I had to take an additional day off that was not planned?

Jesus AMake sure no indicator lights are on inside the vehicle. I did experience the coolant light indicator on when I attained usage of the 26' Unit. My commute overall was only 46 miles so it didn't physically run hot on me but the potential was there for it to happen.
Calvin SNo Dollie’s available. Had to go to another location because the Healing flower truck had the check engine light on. We wasted over an hour getting the truck.. this was the second poor pickup, as our last attempted rental there was no truck available at all. We had to reschedule our entire month.

Michael HThis was the worst experience I have ever had and I feel like I was discriminated against because I had to be inconvenienced by going to a different location when I had my reservations set almost two weeks prior, and the white woman cancelled her reservation, so I was sent somewhere else, when in fact she should have been sent to a different location. I’m livid about the inconvenience and unprofessionalism of your business. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH UHAUL AGAIN. I will be filing a complaint
