MICHAEL RThe App didn’t work and we had to call helpline which timed us out after 30 minutes on hold. A woman finally called us another 30 minutes later and abruptly hung up. She then called my daughter to “verify” me and again abruptly hung up. App finally worked but the code for the key box lock didn’t work. I finally found the key laying in the van box. Wasted about 3 hours trying to get the rental going. Hope to Never use u-haul again! Very dissatisfied customer!

DAVID EThe only issue I encountered was with dropping the truck off using the app. It struggled with accepting my photos, so I had to call customer service.
Michael PThis has nothing to do with the location per se, but the app is not user friendly at all! It took me nearly 45 minutes in the blazing sun (heat index of 106) to do the equivalent of a self checkout because the app was making it difficult to upload photos. So I might choose a different location and pay more for mileage just to make sure someone was there to check me in.

Edward Kreservation was at 811 e state hwy 121 Lewisville, tx. I checked out but they could not find the keys to the truck. After some time they rescheduled me for the Lake Dallas location, but when I asked how do I get over there they said "we are not a taxi service". I had to find my own ride to the new location even though they screwed things up. I would not go back to this location. Trucks do not have cruise control....I will look at all other companies before ever renting Uhaul for a long move again. I was not happy.

Michelle HThe drop off is extremely difficult and confusing for the 26ft trucks. Parking in the back of drop off site is not easy for bigger trucks so they parked across the street where another 26ft truck was parked.
William KI ordered ONE utility dolly, instead I got charged 2 dolly’s and furniture pads, arrived at my location to find NO DOLLYS AT ALL. That’s 30$…

Melissa DGet more pickup trucks at all U-Haul's locations. We received great service and enjoyed our rental. Check in and out was pretty painless. We would definitely use this location again.
Ken WAs far as the drop off location, the lady there was very wonderful now the lady who helped me from the Louisville office named Tina was disrespectful and very rude. Someone needs to teach her customer service. I let other people listen to her on the loudspeaker, not satisfied with her at all.

The truck I drove from TX to SC worked perfectly, especially during the 12 hrs of heavy rain I had to drive through. I was impressed with how it handled and felt safe in an otherwise very precarious situation.

PAMELA AThe online pickup system was a disaster and did not work as indicated. Even using remote support didn’t work. Thankfully, the people at the pickup location were able to take care of us.
Jonathan BFix your rideshare app/website. I had a confirmation number under my name and email, upon arrival I could log into my reservation. When trying to use it, your app and website would make me login and then say no current reservations. I would give 1 Star except the business that helps you with this location were super friendly and helpful, I don’t want to negatively impact them. They were great, only my experience with you all sucked. It cost us 45 minutes of our time that day and a lot of frustration wasted on hold. Your good music repeatedly telling me to “just log into my account” was pissing me off too. I would have been on hold for 20 minutes if I could have done that would I? A mute option would be nice for that crap it was nothing short of infuriating.

TANVIR JPlease dont tell people they can pick up a truck early and you can modify the return time later when you cant. Don't tell people they can modify the return location when they can't. This made a rough moving day way worse. I know you were trying to be nice, but it ended up creating a disaster on return day.
CHAD PThe uhaul was filthy someone had hauled manure in it and I had done mobile pick up so no way to tell anyone had to drive to another location in Lewisville they had no other trucks available so they did wash out all the manure but the smell never went away it was horrible wasted almost 2 ours of my time and gas and mileage I will never use mobile pick up again. I love the people at this location but maybe should check there trucks when they are turned in.

ANGELA HI shouldn’t have to spend 30 minutes taking pictures and jumping through hoops to return a uhaul. Have people available instead of just lining your pockets with extra cash and wasting the customer’s time.

SHATEEKA DThe remote check in and lock box system were simple and easy to navigate. When I initially had an issue with the Uhaul website letting me check in, the help desk staff was fantastic! My only hesitation from using this service again is the price per mile on top of purchasing gas. It ended up being quite expensive for a short rental,

John NEverything was fine, but we couldn’t get a hold of the location so we had to drive up there. They listed their hours as 9:00AM but their door said 10AM when we got there. Our pick up time was at 9:30AM so we couldn’t even pick up our truck if we wanted to. I didn’t feel comfortable with the 24/7 app. Then we tried to call again later in the day to see if we could drop off the vehicle one way and again no answer. We had to wait on the phone with U-Haul directly for 30 mins for a 10 second answer!

Daneya WThe location was fine and the customer service agent was awesome. The problem I had had nothing to do with her and everything to do with the U-haul online booking system. I selected this location, and pre-paid for packing materials. I then got an email saying my pickup was at a different location - neither stocks packing materials, so I had to go to a 3rd location to get the boxes. Then my order wasn’t in the system, though I had a confirmation number (one for the packing material, one for the truck). The nice man spent 30 minutes making phone calls to eventually get my prepaid order refunded and sell me the packing materials. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and friendly. The booking system is completely FUBAR.

Robert MJasper was an excellent customer service rep not only for the U-Haul but for the store that he works out of. He is a true jem for his stores owner and I highly recommend anyone having to deal with him with their U-Haul rentals he was very polite respectful and knew what he was doing throughout the whole experience it was very nice for a change to have excellent customer service where you felt appreciated and that your money was going to be kept locally in the community by people who cared.
ALLEN VAgent was great to deal with. The truck's alignment was poor to fair at best.
