Don't bait and switch the customers by telling giving them one price when reserving the trailer and then almost doubling it when they pick up the unit. Then be darn sure to give a drop off station address that is actually handling U-Haul rentals. Then don't charge extra because the customer had to drive 30 extra miles to drop off the unit due to the fact that U-Haul didn't actually have a drop off point where they said they did. I'm very disappointed in this experience.

They moved my pickup to another location when I got there we couldn't get on the app do get things done it kept kicking us out once everything got done we could nit open the lock so overall it took us almost 2 hours to get a truck it was ridiculous

HERSHEY CTruck was not ready for mobile pickup. The store employee was extremely rude and withheld information. Costumer service has to convince him to give the key to us. We rented an appliance trolley but it was not in the truck. The store employee did allow us take one of the two trolleys that were next to the U-Haul office. The truck was so disgusting on the inside. I typically do not write reviews, but this experience was so bad that I have nothing positive to say.
