Customer service was very poor. I showed up to the location on time and no one was there. I waited for 20 minutes and still no one came. I had to go elsewhere to get cell service and make a call. The guy answered and said he would be there in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, he showed up. He told me that he would only charge me for 20 miles with the rental. He lied! I received two separate invoices totalling the full amount. After repeated phone calls and assurances from him “not to worry “ that he would look after this, nothing has been done. He is now not taking my calls. Very dishonest business!!

GILLIAN GThey did not know the system, and had to call someone and video chat their screen in order to get help. Instead of using the reservation that I had created a few days before, they created a new one, which had several mistakes, including not signing me up for insurance, which I had requested twice. None of them helped me with the car dolly itself. They did not inspect it with me, and did not help me connect it. They were useless.
