The cell reception was terrible and tried to locate somewhere to complete it and was told too far from pick up location. I do have to say the customer service on the phone was exceptional and helped us get the completed information done so we can get the truck...

Start by Compensating this customer. How can you let such a disgusting mess of a truck be rented out and charge your customer?
GILLIAN GThey did not know the system, and had to call someone and video chat their screen in order to get help. Instead of using the reservation that I had created a few days before, they created a new one, which had several mistakes, including not signing me up for insurance, which I had requested twice. None of them helped me with the car dolly itself. They did not inspect it with me, and did not help me connect it. They were useless.
