The blankets came out of an exposed to weather 2 walled shed. They were filthy and we couldn't use any of them. We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come give us our keys because the person in the shop couldn't communicate with us. We had our original pick up 10 minutes from our home and we're made to travel to a unimart that was completely out of our way. We still don't know why we were made to change the pick up place. We made the reservation almost a month in advance. We have used UHaul for several moves and probably won't our next one .

Horrible. Manager argued with me. My reservation was changed about 8 times against my will. Picked up the U haul with about half a tank while the paperwork said full. When I complained I was screamed at like a terrorist by Managers. Complained to us haul Main number and promised for a district supervisor would call. Just an other lie. As the 7 or 8 reservations were changed against my will, I lost insurance coverage and the customer service refused to place it back on even if I paid extra for it. Stupid Horrible rental. I finally returned to a better drop off point as U haul obviously didn't care as they wanted me to drive miles for drop off.
