I love the customer relation. The service was perfect
OLUWASEUN OThis was an after hours drop off. It was a parking lot so I am not sure if I can properly assess if it was "clean and inviting"....and I did not deal with any personnel. The survey requires me to pick yes or no - without regard to my points above. So I picked one so I could complete the survey. If you'd like some feedback on how to create a more realistic survey to get better data I can help with that.

Michael CDidn’t have the equipment I ordered. I had to go to another location to get an appliance dolly putting my schedule behind an hour.

Mohamed SThe website states "guaranteed" when your products/services are reserved online, but come to find out, they are not guaranteed. I should not have had to go around to multiple different locations to collect what I reserved online because you/your employees were too lazy to do the job, and then refuse to give a discount for the major last minute inconveniences. In this country, this is called "poor/terrible customer service. I will not use this location ever again. And, further more, I will not recommend this location to anyone.
