Do not use this "dealer" location. The person there is running way to many other business, in terms of U-haul , he has no idea what he is doing, he's very rude and he misled me repeatedly. During my initial calls he was confused and hung up on me twice. When I showed up to get my truck, he was 15 minutes late opening the shop, it took him ages to confirm my contact even though I was there the day before, and he struggled to open the lock box to retrieve the key to the vehicle. There was no walk-around or verbal instructions, the vehicle had less than a 1/4 tank of gas and the odometer read 50 miles more than the contract. I went back to ask him to correct these items, and add insurance. He told me he couldn't do it. I called customer service and they said he HAD to do it. I go back in, he gets on the phone to regional and they guide him through how to do it. I finally get away, have to add gas right away, and make it to my move site where my helpers have been waiting over an hour. In general, this was a very bad start to an already stressful day.

After my previous poor experience with your app, I made a reservation at a manned location. Received a reservation # and had it set for a 0900 pick up. Arrived at 0900 on the day and the guy who rents the truck isn't there. Young lady behind the counter calls him and he tries to run me through the online check in on your app over the phone. Surprise surprise it doesn't work. So he then decides to actually come into the store. When he gets there he's rude and acts like he's doing me a favor by showing up. Finally get the truck around 0930. What's the point of going to a manned location if they don't show up? Ridiculous. Guess there's a reason your app only has 3 stars. I don't give this location that many.
