Ajaypal STerrible location for Uhaul Trailer pick up. Absolutely no help from employees picking up, hooking up trailer. Drop off parking too tight. Go elsewhere
Zaid SStaff was great but moving truck had an issue with the muffler or some other issue that caused it to be extremely loud. Any slight acceleration was painfully lout with a loud clattering noise. On my move the engine light came on and that delayed me. Overall I got everything moved and the price was good but the vehicle was subpar.
ADAM WThe check engine light came on. I called the road side help and was told as long as it drives don't worry about it. The truck needs a wheel alignment badly and the engine is very loud. 20ft truck
Lynn BThe website, mobile app was cumbersome to take photos and then need 4 forms of proof of identity. It should be a simple - first time you visit a location with your account - show your Drivers license and be validated in the system.
Kevin A“Guaranteed“ truck at reasonable pick up location was “not returned“ by previous client, so a 2nd “guaranteed“ truck was at a far less reasonable pick up location. That kind of issue causes headaches where there doesn’t have to be. Otherwise, everything went well.
D RVery small and unmanaged location. Its basically a mechanic shop doing Uhual. They didn't care much about the customer or uhaul as their main business was car repairs. One way rental in Canada is very painful. I had to drive 35 km from my house to pick up the rental. This is absolutely not a great customer experience.
Vivek RWe had made arrangements to drop off the truck at a Uhaul location in Twassessen, then received short notification that the drop off was to be at a different location much further away with no viable alternative. Not impressive.
judy dThe key pickup and drop-off is not marked, not pictured and no process exists on how to do it effectively. Frankly it's pretty shameful for an organization of this size.
