When we dropped off the location was closed. So we didn't interact with anyone. I think a UHaul sign would have made it easier to find the location and know specifically where to park the truck. We did eventually drive around and found the key drop off box. Fairly easy experience, just think a sign on the front of the building would make it easier due to the number of non descript building at the lumber yard.
