I got called the day before that I could not pick up Sunday as it was closed and my size was not available. So I had to leave work to go to a place in wallaceburg, 20 min away, arrived 40 minutes before they closed, and they were already closed. Terrible service overall from uhaul

The guy in Wallaceburg great he went above and beyond to help me I needed a ride to back to my house and he offered to drive me. Now to Hamilton at Nash and Barton. Did not do anything to help me Infact every time I see this guy in he was very rude to me and everything to belittle me Infront of the other staff. I'm 66 years old and do not need to add stress to my move but I do think he needs to go get help. I actually hated to go into the store and see this guy. I don't know for sure but I think his name is Collin. I have used U-Haul quite alot but I will go to another location just to rent some of your trucks.. Thank you.
