The truck itself had 3 less miles on it then contract shows. So I was charged for it. The heater didn't work. Location was fine. Easy and convenient.

I did self check in on return which worked very well

ORLEY SThe interior could have been cleaned better (drink residue in cup holders) and windshield was heavily splatted with bugs. When I started driving the truck, the service engine light came on and stayed on. Contacted the representative who tried adding oil, then took truck to an auto parts store and they ran diagnostics. Something to do with a part that was replaced with an off-brand part. Said it was OK to drive. Also, Had rented 24 moving pads which were not in the truck. The representative took the charge off the invoice. Also, the number that is listed for U-Haul, according to the rep, rings to another location than what I used and "They never pick up or check messages." Have rented several times from U-Haul and this was the worst experience.

For all the emails and texts you all send, it would have been nice to get one that said "just so you know, you will be looking for an unmarked building with 1 small trailer parked in it, and there will be no humans there - so be aware you need the app ahead of time and you will be on your own".
George MI got charged $15.00 for 3 miles of usage. I started and stopped the truck three times. I put $5.00 in it in gas. I also have pictures it will not let me post… I rent several U-Haul’s from different locations. I feel this was unfair charge.

Kaylee CA proper checklist and an estimated time to use the website to pickup the truck would have been helpful. I was there during office hours, but when I had an issue with the pickup online form, the office was locked. Also, I was not expecting to need multiple people able to speak for me or to present a copy of my passport in order to get fully checked in. It took nearly 45 minutes between when I first started the pickup truck process and when I actually was able to pull out of the parking lot.
