Staff was friendly and truck was easy to find. BUT, the truck was pretty dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke and their were ashes in the side compartments in the door. Second, I ordered supplies to be included when I picked up the rental including furniture pads, a dolly, boxes, packing supplies. The truck was completely empty. Not even a furniture pad.
