The day before my reservation a U-Haul rep called and sent me to this "authorized U-Haul dealer" b/c the truck I reserved was not available at the original U-Haul location. The owner was not there at time of pickup. We called the number and the phone was off. We knoked on the door and a gentleman in the back came to the door. He helped get the rental. It took over an hour to complete the transaction. We are appreciative that someone was there to help us because the owner was clearly not coming in to handle our rental. Uhaul - do not send me to another "authorized dealer". I will only do rentals from an Official U-Haul Moving & Storage location.

location was hard to find. trucks were in one location and the key pick up / office was in a different instruction to office were not very clear not very well marked and clear. the trucks cargo area was not clean and the cab of the truck had dried mud and dirt on the floor mats I plan on using U Haul again in the next few weeks and if they send to this location again I will cancel and find a another location
Cherie WArrived and the place looked closed with the lights off. Was about to leave before seeing someone walking around inside. Was greeted by a guy that looked like he just woke up walking around in his socks. He couldn’t find the keys. Had to call someone who spent more time talking about how tired she was than actually helping. Finally left with keys 45 minutes after I had arrived. Then received the truck with barely 1/4 of a tank. Last time I’ll ever go an authorized dealer again.
