The check in was online and pickup was very quick. There is road construction getting into this business but that is no fault of the company. The UHaul rep was friendly and helpful

OMAR CWhen I got to the pickup point, the only person there did not speak english. He called someone to translate and I was told it would be over an hour for the owner to get there to process the pickup. He eventually sent some one else that arrived in about half that time, but he had never done a rental before. Although I had checked in on line, it still took 1hr and 20 minutes while employee was walked through the process by the owner on the phone. Employee was very kind but struggled with the process. The trailer was located inside a junkyard, Had to drive across broken glass and pieces of metal from junk cars. Was concerned about puncturing a tire getting in and out. All in all, a terrible experience at pick up.
