drugs in the area. rough crowd outside. I would go to US1 location in the future. All about location, not the staff.

I had originally booked a smaller vehicle at a closer to me location, was informed that it was no longer available at that location and switched to a farther one. I called to see if there was anything closer and ended up having to take a larger truck that was dirty and stunk like feces, was charged a lot more money too. Ended up paying 2x what I expected to rent a truck for 2 hours.

You can inspect the vehicles someone needs to road test for safety purposes I traveled 70miles on the highway the vehicle was all over the road had to constantly correct to keep vehicle on the road terrible ride

The drop off location gentleman seemed a little confused on what to do since a rock had cracked the windshield. I told him I purchased the SafeMove coverage which covered the windshield. He didn't seem to know that but eventually confirmed it with U-Haul. He was not a friendly person. Never made eye contact with me, and he mumbled with speaking.

I only use this location because the main location I would normally use, gave away the 20 ft truck I had reserved on 4/19 for the saturday 4/27 @7am. Not only did they not have the size I reserved, a 20 footer they changed the size but also changed the pick up time to 12 noon. Lost a full day of moving, when I had the help and disrupted the lives of other that I had pick ups to do. I will look at penske, ryder, national the next time.

The location was a drug store with marijuana products, such as rolling papers, pipes, and dugouts. i took my girlfriend in with me and the cliental was very scary.

Nothing that I know of. I was treated with respect and dignity by the agent on duty 2-20-2024 he made the rental of the U-Haul truck very easy. I will definitely use this office again. They are located on Barten Blvd. near Walgreens in Rockledge

the pricess ti approve our reservation took a long time and the person taking our info took pictures of our driver license on his person cell phone. I do NOT understand why our info needs to be pn someones personal phone in order to get a reservation completed.

If you're going to offer the "help move a trailer" it should be offered a reservation has been made. Dealing with the reps were great but the whole system cost me a day and money.

Locations that are in connection with U-Haul should have experience with the equipment properly know the safety etc. and be more helpful when the customer has concerns or has questions etc.

Attendant not very helpful, I was told to use the mobile app. The mobile app was/is terrible at returns because it keeps trying to locate me even with all the permissions allowed. The app did have my location because I could actually search U-Haul locations in tab marked "Locations". There is definitely a flaw in the app. After much struggling, the attendant finally checked me out through their phone. We should have started there in the first place.

I reserved a hand truck, but none were on site. I was able to get an appliance dolly at no extra charge, and was able to make that work. The truck had no gas in it when I picked it up. Gauge was on empty. I returned it with more gas in it then when I picked it up, but was initially told that I would have to pay a fuel charge of $18. The manager removed the fuel charge, but the hassle could have been avoided if he had checked it before I left, or if the fuel level was checked when the previous customer returned it. Overall, since he was the only one there, the service was acceptable, and I appreciate his assistance with correcting the charge for the fuel.

Rick checked us in when we returned the truck, again very professional! Again very refreshing to have such great customer service!! Both Rick & Vincent from the Orlando office were wonderful to deal with!!

Clean the truck between customers and also the A/C only blows out on defrost vents which makes the windshield fog up on the outside so you have to run the wipers constantly. There is also a rental dolly in the back of the truck.

There was a sign that said "key drop box" but no box at this location. So I had to return the key jn the morning before work.

I dropped the truck off after hours in the pouring rain. The area was poorly lit and if it wasn't for a few other trucks there I would not have known it was a U-Haul location, no signage to be seen. When I was finished with the online drop-off and went to put the keys in the drop box I could not find the drop box. I finally saw a small sticker on the door that said key drop with an arrow pointing to a blank wall, no drop box to be found, keep in mind that it is raining and lightning. Finally I left with the keys and had to make a special trip this morning when the location was open to drop off the keys, making me late to work. The person behind the counter stated the key box was in the storage room because someone tried to rip it off the wall outside. This location is listed as an after hours drop off location and that is why I chose it, had I known it actually wasn't I would have gone elsewhere. Not a big fan of the after hours drop off, probably won't be doing that again.

The pick up location and drop off location needs to communicate so that they can provide a lock code to customers who may have to drop their keys off after hours.

Nothing quick about the process. It’s not your typical Uhaul facility. It’s and old gas station hodgy mart. The guy was super slow and didn’t talk or communicate much at all . You basically stand there for 10-15 min wondering what is going on and why it’s taking so long when there is absolutely no one in the store . I was just not happy with the service .

The truck was issued with the check engine light on. This causes fear and anxiety due to the potential of failure on a drive while loaded with your life.

You advertise mobile drop off after hours and that’s a lie. Was able to park it after hours but no key drop off so I had to bring it back the next morning and got wrote up at work. I’m lucky I have a job, due to false advertising!!

Yes they have trucks .no pads no Dollie’s no appliance dollys no boxes they had no intentions on locating these items to help my move. Had to go to Lowes to buy everything I needed

Communication was horrible and it took 45 minutes to get the truck. Same issue upon return. I will never use services at this location again.
