Please make sure that trucks are maintained and let people know how to properly open and close the latch door. The springs and the steel line broke and turned my moving experience into a nightmare. Would not recommend latch door 10’ trucks.

The owner/agent took approx. 20 minutes before attending to me as he was talking to a buyer as he was also a car dealer. Then when it was time to take the truck, they have to move 4 cars to get the truck out as it was far back in their property. The truck needs to be checked as well as it was very noisy at the back when driving.

DANIEL KThe only thing that I would recommend is to give the customers a FULL TANK OF GAS when the uhaul vehicles are rented out and have the customers return it with a full tank. My vehicle has 3/4 tank of gas and was tricky to know exactly how much gas to put back in before returning it back. I thought that was normal procedure to rent it out with full tank and return with full tank.
Navdeep SVehicle was left with 1/4 tank of gas. Last thing a customer wants to do is fill up first thing. Customer service means dont make it so the customer has to do your job. Second, if the front end of that truck is considered safe, you guys need to rethink your approach to safety. Truck had a HARD pull to the left and had a wheel bearing that i wasnt sure was going to make the trip. In my opinion (and ive only been workong on cars my whole life) that thing shouldnt be on the road. I have years of experidriving large vehicles so it was a big concern to me but to someone that would already be intimidated by the size of such a vehicle it could be a problem. Found it funny that there were stickers in the cab that said “protect your child” bit you let a vehicle be on the road with needed repairs. I have another truck rented for endomof the month and if its as bad as this one i will stop at a scale and have it inspected right there. Consider maybe a mechanic that gives a shit, because whoever worked on that truck last didnt care at all. Or its just the company policy to cheap out. Thank you
