Picked up the truck with what the guy said was “btwn 1/8 and a 1/4 tank of gas. Huh?? I ordered a dolly and a hand truck. Neither were in the truck. Nothing was offered. Made my move horrible. Not equips and made me look like an idiot. Made move next to impossible. Then when I’m in the middle of moving something and it’s my phone ringing and it U-HAUL asking if I’m going to pick up my truck. Get your shit together and send me the name of a competent truck rental company.

pat wYour website absolutely sucks. Nothing works. I was forced to pickup my truck from a different site. The website won’t allow you to upload photos, so I couldn’t check in, then you have the audacity to charge me a fine for it. Tried calling and both of you guys said “sorry nothing we can do” Fuck all of you. I’ll never rent uhaul again.

james tMy issue isn’t with the locations it’s with UHaul. I had to drop off during closed hours and UHaul texted a link to follow to check my vehicle in myself so I’m not charged The $20 fee. I followed the link,it said I was complete and the next day I was still charged the $20 with a lot of taxes. I can’t get anyone on the phone. I’m not happy with Uhaul at this time because I feel I was mislead and cheated out of money.

michelle fIt was not clean and inviting but I don't care about that. Given the nature of work they do, I would not expect it to be clean and inviting. The only reason I would not recommend it has nothing to do with the place. It's the location, because the place is hard to find and the traffic getting there is crazy. It's just a difficult place to get to. But, the place itself was fine and the staff was fine. Thanks
Donald EThis location was not the issue i had. They were very prompt and professional. They even tried to find a pick-up location closer to my home. My issue was with the Uhaul system as a whole. I had to drive 40 min to pick-up and drop off the trailer. It was unbelievable and unacceptable that there was nothing available closer to my home. My reservation was changed due to availability. i will not be renting a trailer from Uhaul again. Again, no issues with the business i had to pick up from, just Uhaul as a company.

JOSE MNo one ever contacted me concerning the change in pick up location. No phone call or text message recieved as that was my preferred method of contact. Or change in truck size. That was an inconvenience to go to one place and have to drive to another. The merchant was annoyed that I was reading the paperwork and that I wanted to inspect the vehicle prior to signing any paperwork. He said for me inspecting the truck didnt matter because I purchased the insurance. So whatever was there I wouldnt be blamed for it. Insurance would cover it on return inspection. I did inspect it by myself. No representative from the facility did not go with me. I did find a few areas of question and he disregarded my concerns. I know this sounds crazy but I was not alone I have witnesses that this occurred.
