The space was very crowded, but I can't hold that against them in a big city with limited space, and I took it as a good sign that they were doing steady business. When I found somebody to talk to, he was very attentive and flexible.

Jose MLocation was closed upon arrival at scheduled time. Owner complained about this. Me and four other parties were waiting. Eventually left 1 1/2 hour late, putting me and my party behind the 8-ball on our time.

Victor DIt was close and convenient. I had already checked in online, so pick-up was pretty quick. The van wasn’t very clean. Front seats had dog hair and I needed to lay a tarp in the back so my stuff wouldn’t get dirty from the van’s floor. Would’ve been nice if it were clean.
Megan BA day before I was supposed to drop off the equipment, I received a receipt stating it had already been returned. I had to call and help get things corrected. I was asked to drop off the equipment after 8am, but they didn't arrive to open the gates until ~8:30. It was unclear if they were late or the hours on the website were wrong. The gentleman that helped me with both issues was very nice.

CARLO TThis location does not open until 9am, but I was able to book my pickup for 8am online with U-Haul. When we arrived at 8:00am no one was there except shop workers who don’t handle U-Haul transactions. They got in contact with the staff men who did and we were asked to wait 39 mins for him to arrive. No apologies given and I was told U-haul does this all the time and does not fix their online hrs. If this is a common occurrence I would of expected them to check their upcoming reservations the day before and if there is one scheduled out of their business hours, then call and let the customer know the correct hours instead of letting people showing up when they are closed.
KATRINA GThe person who rented the U-Haul to me added services that I didn’t ask for as he rushed me out of the door. Then he refused to take them off and told me someone else would do it during the check in . But when I spoke to an agent they told me that someone else would have to do it and it would take 4-5 business days. I am not pleased.

ARTUR KThe gentleman I worked with at the drop off location we're very helpful and thorough. I swept the bed of the truck before I dropped it off. I should have been given a $25 credit for doing this. I left the truck with a full tank of gas even though I was only supposed to leave it with a quarter tank for dropping it at this location. I feel I should be given a credit. I had multiple inconveniences through the process of renting this U-Haul truck.
