The truck was very dirty inside and out . Smelled horible like bad onions. The drls did not work nor the tail lights and only one head light. The truck was the worst one ive ever been in. I allways use uhall but ill never go there again.
STEVEN RNo real check-out process, no contract for me to sign or review, just handed the keys and told me the fuel tank was empty. Returning the truck was worse, the woman at the counter didn’t seem to understand why I came in to hand her the keys and she had to go check the truck in, even though it wasn’t an after-hours return. She also tried to tell me that the tank was empty and I should be charged for fuel. I had to show her the pictures I personally took showing the dash that said “Low fuel 23 miles remaining” for her to believe I picked it up empty and actually returned it with more fuel than I left with.

BARDINGTON NI think charging 22 dollars for 14 miles is just theft. I would say 1 gallon of gas would get me 14 miles. The location 6732 Beverly Blvd in Everett charged 4 gallons for 22 dollars. They are thieves, I will never go back there for anything!

Edward HThe receiving UHaul store (RT Grocery at 6732 Beverly blvd, Everett, Washington) refused to let me drop the truck off a their location. Their excuse was lack of parking. I contacted UHaul and was instructed to leave the truck there regardless. Because of this I was unable to check the truck in using the app. UHaul customer service instructed me to take pictures, and leave the key in the drop box. The drop box was not located in the front of the building, rather it is located around the back of the building in the dark. I have pictures of the truck including fuel level and odometer reading, but the files are too large to upload through the site. The customer service representative I spoke with went above and beyond to help me out, and I hope she gets recognized for her efforts on a job well done. Because of the person at the UHaul store (the store at 6732 Beverly blvd, Everett, Washington), I will NOT consider UHaul for my next move.
David MOwners of this location are some of the nicest people I've ever met. So refreshing to rent a Uhaul from this business as opposed to an actual Uhaul place where it is always a hassle with unfriendly people. I will use this location and recommend it anytime. 5 stars!
JASON MGas was on empty. Put 90 bucks to fill it and only used a quarter of a tank. Lady tied me the returning spot would reimburse me. That was not the case. Truck was dirty in the back and smelt like cat urine. Iam owed for the difference in gas I didn't use.

MARCUS KLocation was friendly and easy to work with. The location did not have dolly rentals which made my move more difficult. I do not like how the gas is handled it’s hard to estimate usage when the truck isn’t left full. The overall cost was much more expensive and left me in a tight spot.

Valerie EThey were very confused how to dispatch it. Then there was only one person there so they had to keep checking out clients. I basically ended up talking to the representative they used at UHaul and that person did not want to talk to me they wanted to talk to the store.
