Juan MI will always get my UHaul rentals from this place, I tried to pick up the trailer from another location but that reservation was changed to this location, I'm very happy with the staff and this store location.

NORRIS AThe agent should inspect the truck or equipment with the customer, instead of the customer doing it solo, but other than that the experience was okay, even though I got an upgrade, I was charge more than what I was told, my vehicle that was reserved was cheaper than what was available and I was charged that priced for the upgrade, none of my reservations seem correct when l picked up the vehicle. I was grateful for the extra time to keep the vehicle but it wasn’t needed.

LARRY SThe system stayed down and I had to call headquarters while sitting there waiting for the 10' ft truck. After being given the run around to actually get a 10' ft truck rental. Had to discuss harshly with Corporate about all the changes that was made since that Monday after renting the 10' ft truck. From changes to this location and all I went through as a customer is UNACCEPTABLE!
TONZA KTechnical support is the worst because they said support will arrived in 60 minutes and it took 5 hours
