Our truck was given to another customer that had discovered a problem with the roll up door. We than had to wait an hour for our rental, only to be given the broken truck. We agreed, but were irritated that we were delayed and given broken equipment. But we had limited time for our move and needed to get going. The pickup location tried to fix it but could not. And they did not call us in advance to let us know our rental was not available.

This location did not have the appliance dolly I requested. They gave me a regular dolly and did not make the changes in the contract adding additional fees and delays in my return process. The representative at the facility told me they would fix the dolly mix up and they did not. Know I am having to fix their mistake. I am on the phone with customer service. This is a huge inconvenience.
DANIEL GMy experience with the Uhaul Corporate website has been awful. Please review your procedures. It's the corporate service that is off the rails and unusable. Local service is fine. Always call local and skip trying to use Uhaul that doesn't work. No idea of what equipment is where and you have to drive there to see.
