Last location was okay but customer service from Uhaul overall was terrible, lack of communiation with customer about reservation details. Changed behind the scenes with zero notification.

The checkout online process was not good. The app was slow, it took awhile for the pictures to post, then it froze before I was able to complete all the steps. When I tried to go back into it to complete, it wouldn't let me. At this point, I am guessing everything checked out okay. I did take regular pictures, if any one needs copies to proof the milage and gas used.
