My reservation was for pick, I arrived at the location and it was closed no signage. I had to call and change my reservation to online pick up and upon returning the vehicle I uploaded photos and error message kept popping up. Ending mileage is leas than starting mileage had to call uhaul support it took longer to turn in vehicle due to computer error Not a good experience very frustrating and inconvenient

ALFONSO CLast location was okay but customer service from Uhaul overall was terrible, lack of communiation with customer about reservation details. Changed behind the scenes with zero notification.

JESSE TThe checkout online process was not good. The app was slow, it took awhile for the pictures to post, then it froze before I was able to complete all the steps. When I tried to go back into it to complete, it wouldn't let me. At this point, I am guessing everything checked out okay. I did take regular pictures, if any one needs copies to proof the milage and gas used.
