poor location personnel was not familiar with the process and will not call his boss who was the person familiar with the rental process The appliance dolly was not provided the straps were not provided either

The location was great but the truck was garbage and they didn’t have any equipment. Not their fault. U-Haul should have some sort of inventory system for equipment to go with the truck like pads and dollys.

I requested a Dolly and they could not provide it. The truck was given to me on a quarter tank. The truck was filthy. The side mirrors would not stay put, making it difficult to see around me while driving.
