This was a self drop off, just handed the key to an employee.
Eleanor ADon’t change drop off location twice then charge me for mileage when I have to drive to another location- then ignore my dispute and charge me anyway :( Also no drop box as described for keys I have to go inside store Return app was glitchy had to take pics several times before it worked
Caren HIt took a an hour to check in! This place is a gas station and there’s no person to really to take care of the U-Haul services except a cashier who doesn’t actually have the training. They will NOT have the equipment to move easily. Go to a real U-Haul store. They have everything you need to make a smooth move. Be careful, I originally wanted a U-Haul store and U-Haul changed my pickup location at without my consent and I was given a choice to keep my reservation or be without the truck. The dollies are “first come first served”.
