Truck was dirty and we were sent to another location to pick up the hand truck we requested. The staff tried to be helpful but they are new at this and lacked adequate training.

They charged me extra over $100.00 and said that it's some kind of deposit that I will get back upon returning the equipment. When I returned the equipment, I found out that there is no deposit but added some insurance that I declined.
