Holly PReceiver charged excess miles even though contract showed I was under total miles by more than 40 miles. He didn’t care, if I didn’t want to pay overage, he refused to accept the vehicle. Property is a furniture store, no clear indication it was a uhaul facility

It took nearly 45 mins trying to upload pics and still didn't work Had to call customer service both times and email the pics. And why don't you ask for all the info at time of reservation Wasted so much time with secondary ID verification at pick up Incredibly frustrating I would never have done phone pick up had I known how bad the experience would be Nothing convenient about this experience Nothing
Michael PI had reserved the truck with dolly's and 24 furniture pads. When I picked up truck, there were only 6 pads and no dollies. I called customer service and she said she would make a note of it and give me an extra 10 hours of rental. I returned the truck 1 1/2 hours after the initial drop off time and let the rep there know there was no equipment in the truck. He said that they were probably stolen overnight. At the end of the day i was still charged for the rental fee for the equipment that was stolen and an extra day rental charge.

Susan COrdered Blankets and dolly and neither were there. Also, truck was empty of gas. Stalled the truck 3 times just trying to get to a gas station. People expect a rental to have gas in it.
Carlos AThis location is a just small furniture store with a U-Haul sign, some parking spaces, and a key drop-box. The gentleman inside was helpful when I asked if any spaces were okay to park the truck, and he also pointed out the key drop-box. Nothing else was needed I guess.
Theodore CThis was my first time getting a Uhaul from a third party. My recommendation at third party locations would be to do everything online and not select the option to do it in person. It was a big hassle and took about 30 minutes longer than it should have. The guys at Raining Discounts were excellent and did their best to make sure I was able to get the truck as quickly as they could. I would recommend their location, but like I said earlier, do everything online and not in person.

Patrick LI made a reservation for 24 hour access pickup, because I live close by, less than a mile, I walked over to the rental location and the reservation had been changed to an in person pickup and NO BODY BOTHERED TO LET ME KNOW!! I had to walk back home and then had to come back 2 hours later to do an in person pickup. Delaying my move by 2.5 hours. Then when trying to use the U-HAUL app to check out, it worked out until I got to the point of taking a photo of the odometer, and the fuel, the app would not accept the photo so I couldn't check in the return of the vehicle. Certainly not a smooth process at all!!!!! Will probably use a different vendor next time.
PAULA AThis location was great and very helpful HOWEVER this reservation was the worst experience I've ever had. When I went to return the website tried to charged me for fuel I didn't use and a day I didn't use. If someone from the location hadn't been there to help me it would been even worse. This experience makes me never want to use Uhaul again. The only saving grace is the customer service I received at the location and the person I called last night who helped me fix what the original agent had gotten so wrong.
