The truck had a 3/4 tank of gas when i picked it up. I returned it with 3/4 tank of gas. I purchased the gas at the same gas station i picked up the truck.Yet i was charged $16.?? for gas. I felt suspicious with the guy especially after he told me that he would email my receipt later after i returned the truck. He certainly wasn't busy at that time.

The worst customer service I have ever received. The clerk cannot produce a receipt did not want to help solve any problems and was rude loud and obnoxious worst service ever.

JONATHAN DDO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. It was an absolute nightmare to return here- The employee I turned my keys into didn’t even know it was a UHaul location, if that tells you anything about my experience. He also refused to check in my truck for me, saying that the manager was the only one who could do it (after he had to call them and ask about it being a UHaul location). Well I guess that manager only comes in maybe once a week, because the resulting several days turned extremely stressful for me when my truck was not turned in even after I called in every single day demanding to know why. Meanwhile I was being sent emails and texts by UHaul reminding me I was now late turning in my truck and equipment. I wasted hours of my time being on hold and talking to UHaul personnel who told me this was unacceptable, but I guess it can’t be that unacceptable since no area manager or manager of any kind ever reached out to me. This is after I also filed an official grievance where I was told a UHaul manager is required to call me and close that out with me. If I was not as persistent as I was the entire week after demanding to have my truck returned in the system and that it better not have a single penny of extra charges on there, I guarantee you I would’ve been one of those UHaul horror stories you see on the news where someone ends up owing hundreds to thousands more than they paid due to fees etc. Atrocious service by UHaul as a company, and this site should not be a verified UHaul dealer.
