Office was not at the trailer location. Had to drive the office then back to the yard to get the trailer. Not that big of a deal just would have been nice to know…
Tully WLocation is at an actual junkyard. No one there at return. Barking dogs.....very very strange and surreal.
Tracey LI don’t understand why there is a three day minimum for safety on this one way rental yet on the first day UHaul sent a text asking me to bring it back early. Offer a partial refund if you want out earlier, or don’t ask at all

Justin GLooks like a ran down location no one on site has to call them. The lady that answered was rude and said I had to wait over an hour for anyone to get there. Even though I had a reservation at a set time. Apparently it didn’t matter would y recommend this location to anyone. I hooked the trailer up my self and sat there and waited for someone to show up.
Jesse LI dropped off 2 days earlier then need be and after hours. That being said their was poor signage and the drop box and pole were broken so after calling a number I got told to leave the key in the cup holder and the truck unlocked. So this made me a little nervous because of someone decided to steel or damage the equipment the uhaul company would come after me for damages.
Richard LHad reserved moving mats and furniture dolly for the move. Location had neither item.

ken dThis looks like an old Farmhouse with a bunch of outbuildings. Walked to 3 different buildings looking for someone. Finally went to the house and had to beat on the door to get someone to answer. How about put up a sign where to go for Uhaul Business. Equipment worked great but was not clean. I cleaned it before returning it. Location recommendation is not applicable because Uhaul makes you pick up their equipment and haul it where ever they want you to get it from and wherever the want it returned to. In my case an hour there and an hour back. But, no this is the last place I would recommend to anyone. What can you do to improve? Identify an office where people can get service. Answer the door. Be polite and caring. Respect your customers.
Dan BThey just don’t seem to really know how to do rentals. We tried doing it by self serve, but all it kept saying was to go inside. The business was already closed. Eventually some one called the manager and she had to drive an additional 30 minutes just to come out and manually register the account. Just a terrible experience overall. I was supposed to get the truck at 11, but it was after 1pm before we finally got going.

Robyn HAlternate check in methods besides on line. People were friendly enough, and checking out was a breeze, but kind of left me hanging on the checking in aspect.

It took over 4 phone calls before she actually came out and helped me and I wasted most of what was supposed to be my moving day. And because she screwed me around so much half my help left early and I couldn't even get fully moved.. was supposed to pick the uhaul first thing in the morning and ended up not getting it till almost noon cause she her bs..

Susan SI asked for a pickup in my town. There are several locations within a 5 mile radius. This was 30 miles from my home.
Duane LThe lady at the place was very rude! It was like a mud pit in the parking lot. The lady in the phone said it was a phone drop off place due to the business not being open all the time. It’s a towing company/ home so I didn’t understand why she couldn’t be there DURING business hours.

marino bIt was fine, but we were forced to come here last minute to pick up an even bigger truck after our original booking elsewhere was changed! It was not fun, but they did accomodate us.
Tom GWe dropped the trailer at this location, but no one was available to confirm the drop off. I randomly called a number for a grooming location nearby and they said just drop the trailer, and the security cameras would set the time the trailer was received. Not a good experience, and definitely not what I would expect. I had to unhitch the trailer myself, which not everyone would be able to do.
GARRET SAs we spoke earlier, the online part of uhaul is a joke. The next time I need to rent I would certainly skip that part. Thankfully, Carol came out to get us taken care of, otherwise I would have been stuck on hold with this stupid online approval process for another 30 minutes. Come on Uhaul. Help our small towns out.
Jason MThere was no trailer jack stand so the trailer had to be lifted off the hitch by hand. The trailer is not light took two people to lift it. What trailer doesn't have a jack stand?

PATRIA EWell I rented this on May 25th...I was suppossed to get $50 credit for some reservation warranty that the customer service person told me...almost one month later and NOTHING and instead of giving me a credit I was charged AGAIN for $54 on June 19th
