Cindy PMy reservation was not "set up in the system." When I went to pick up the rental, I had to call customer support. It was time consuming and disappointing.
Ann HThis location seems to not have regular, posted hours. I wasn't sure if the drop off was accepted until about three days after dropping is off and leaving a copy of the contract in the mailbox.

Douglas OMade reservation weeks in advance. System stated I would be contact within 72hrs to confirm. Never got a call. the week of the rental I got a call stating they did not have the size truck I reserved and they told me they were only required to contact us 3 days before the rental.

I hope we parked it in the right spot. I hate this #$%^&. I don't like using you guys and will seek to avoid it in the future.

garrett sDifficult to say- this is a small but busy UHaul store that doesn’t always have inventory when you need it. He is, however, my local UHaul guy so i check in with him when I need hauling capability.

Laura BI am shocked that I am unable to have over 100 unused miles not be refunded due to circumstances out of my control. I was unable to travel to my final destination because my housing situation collapsing moments before I was supposed to move in. As a result, drastically less miles were driven. What you can do to improve next time is having actually quality customer service and to prioritize the customer. I will never be using Uhaul again.
Alexander LKeep more open trailers in the Jackson area. I rent trailers on regular basis. We never get open trailers with a tandem axel for heavier loads at the Jackson WY location.
Franz KFirst you need to get the sales rep straight up. He never asked for the ID of my husband, never checked or let us know about damage and we didn't realize that we have to do an inspection. He just literally put the trailer on and he left back in. He made my husband sign something and acted like he didn't care. The trailer got unhooked while we were in our way to returned it and that could be a serious problem just from someone who doesn't like to do his job. Really poor decision.
Arianna DThe exterior of the truck was extremely dirty. I took pictures and posted them when I picked up the vehicle. I did pay the $25 at pick up to have the vehicle cleaned up.
Stephanie MThis location has very inconvenient hours. Also, on the day I dropped the trailer off (a Saturday), no one was there and Uhaul’s website was down for an hour and a half. Quite inconvenient. I know stuff happens.

Jennifer CHire a different person who is helpful. If I had not gotten help from a location in Idaho Falls I would have had to drive four hours to drop off. Also you have to wait 50-60 minutes to speak to customer service for uhaul. Horrible.

Jordan AThe truck I got had 98,000 miles on it and the right side window or door whistled so loud I wanted ear plugs. I couldn't listed to or hear the radio. It was a long 9 hour trip.
James BIt stated online the location was open, and when I arrived it was not. It was 10am. Outside of the location was a ton of trash and it was just not appealing at all. Thank goodness I was able to return via the website and app. So helpful and very easy!
