The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and efficient on completing the rental. The team here went out of their way to ensure I had the 12 moving pads that I requested online as they only had 6 at this location. Trailer worked perfectly and was hooked up very quickly by the gentleman out front.
Chad PBest customer service experience of any uhaul location! I have rented many times in many states, and this location is a cut above. I have rented here multiple times and the truck is always ready, clean, has all requested equipment, and parked where it ia easy to drive right out! The employees are eager to help and make all the digital rental part seamless. And they are just super nice people. I not only get my truck, but I enjoy the process.

DIANA GI used R & K Automative to rent a 20ft Uhaul to move from Irondale to Talladega. The experience was wonderful, Kameka and Ron could not have been nicer or more accommodating, they made a stressful time of moving more peaceful for me. I originally spoke to Amber setting up the move who was always very nice. I highly recommend choosing R & K Automotive when renting a UHaul. Meeting Tootles was an added bonus she is absolutely adorable. I give this experience 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

David WThe lady at the center was very nice, however I felt I was overcharged. I drove around 15-16 miles (I was told 22, I didn't check the odometer) and was charged for 3 gallons of gas based on an arbitrary fuel gauge reading. Also I had requested no insurance, and was told it was required. Had the vehicle for an hour, and paid much more than the advertised rate.
CHARLES BWe tried to deliver the rental on Sunday evening prior to the rental closure time but the rental facility was closed and we were unable to back in and off loan the trailer. We took the trailer back on Monday morning but were charged for an extra day ($20) - due to reasons outside of our control. Since the rental facility was closed we consider the extra charges to be poor business practice for UHaul. We request a refund for the additional $20 charge due to reasons stated above.

Richard PI’m tired of uhaul automatically RE-ADDING insurance to every online rental where I decline it. It’s a dirty tactic and you should stop it.

Trenton WIt was near impossible to get the truck, the business closed before our check out time and we were unable to pick up the vehicle until the next morning. The back of the truck was COVERED in mud. The gas was almost on E and when we turned it and attempt to charge an additional $90 was made.

James OThe actual location was closed. So, I really cannot fairly assess the location or representatives at the location. I used the truck/share option. This was made the experience horrible. I spent an hour trying to get the truck. This process is not reliable enough to be efficient.
Eartha MI rented a dolly that was on my reservation but when I went to pick up the truck it was not in the truck. This wouldn't have been a problem if I was told before hand but I had to find another U-Haul location that had a dolly so I could get my heavy furniture down the stairs. I would have approached a call beforehand so I didn't have to drive around to U-Haul Stores when I would have been moving. The truck was fine but the dolly fiasco ruined my epxperience.

ROBERT CFirst let me say, I HATE the 1st Ave N. location, they should be SHUT DOWN!!! Anywho, Ms. Carrie was so nice and patient. My dad and I walked in with NO problem, went through the rental process, and was done in 3-4 and made it back so she could go home. I would use this location from now on...Thanks
