ANNETTE HThe truck was not clean inside. it was dusty and the cup holder area had a bunch of gunk and stuff. Also the windshield was dirty. Also the app check in/out process took a long time. over 20 minutes. I understand why, its just not very quick or easy. Plus it was very pricey. My trip was pretty quick but I still had to pay about $150 including gas. not at all what I had expected.

DARSEN LOwner wasn’t there. Told employee to leave keys and he would do paperwork later and email me. I received an email with extra fees. Had he spoke to myself or the office that sent me there, he would’ve known I was to receive extra miles from Uhaul since they switched he’s my drop off location without contacting me.

The night before I had called to make a reservation, but the agent on the phone didn't bother to tell me the Uhaul location closed by 12:30 pm, and I had made a reservation to pick up my truck at 1:30 pm. Joel came back to the repair shop to personally help me with my rental. He's fantastic!
