Parking lot was so full of vehicles that it was hard to find a place to unhook. Had to back in off of Commercial Street, backing up traffic to do it.

May I begin with the world is not perfect. Upon ratcheting the straps on the car hauler those ratchets were locked up, rusted. Long story short, Uhaul in particular Manager Garett Martinek went above and beyond to help me.

NO where to park the UHaul off of the street. Extremely full of cars. No staff available on Sunday for drop off.

The two guys at this shop were really helpful. Scott was fast and friendly and made sure to go over all the paperwork and make sure that the truck was ready. For the trip. Scott’s employee Adam also made sure that everything inside the truck was working radio, seatbelt, heater ext. Great group of guys

Why don’t U-Haul trucks have cruise control? I can live with crank windows, but cruise control is table stakes for long haul.

Increase the parking space to allow for UHAUL trucks to be dropped off. I understand that it is also a repair shop and they have to also have room for the cars that they are repairing, so maybe they need to expand their lot size.
