Place was a dump, was literally a burned out auto shop, people were rude and not helpful

MARK DTruck leaked in the box and in the cab. First location I tried to pick up from "didn't have the guy that does uhaul" in that day. So I was transferred to this location. A milage credit would of been nice because of this.
RALPH Dfront end suspension /alignment was pretty bad also initially i chose a location online then i was contacted by uhaul and location was changed then i checked updated location and they were to be closed on pick up date. Uhaul then had change my reservation location again. I fell like there is very little competition for the industry which participate (rental trucks) I think this the only thing keeping you afloat.

DUANE OWas we worried about part where have to drop off car dolly with vehicle that would tow it. Wondered what would have happened if motorhome had broke down and took a while to fix. Probably won't use uhaul again

MERCH DI was assured that my rental truck was reliable even though I had to clean the windshield and mirrors just to operate the truck safely. I my fears were realized when the truck broke down and I had to spend 2 nights in a run-down hotel. If it feels like an unreliable unit it probably is. My bad
KENNETH BStaff made everything difficult. Wouldn't accept the trailer at first as he had seven already. Wouldn't help park the trailer at first. Complained about how the Oregon staff hitched the trailer. Suggested I complain about the Oregon staff because of an improperly hitched trailer.
DAVID SThe process was easy, and the company worked with me to find the best deal. I needed the truck an extra few days due to issues with closing on my house, and R&B were very accommodating.
Deborah PProblem wasn't the location of drop off. Problem was shortly after picking up the trailer I received a call that I would be required to drop off the trailer at a different location. I was given the choice of 3 different locations ALL more than a 2hr. round trip. After several contacts with customer service, I was then allowed to drop off the trailer at the original contracted location. The last person I talked to at customer service was very helpful. I'll be seeking alternative company's in the future.
KENTON HSecond time in about a month the truck ended up being 30 miles one way away from where I asked to pick it up.

tom mLocation was perfect. Promptly returned my call. Checked in after hours on mobile. Worst experience ever! Wasted an hour of my rental time trying to obtain access and retrieve U-Haul. Instructions were lacking. Locked and returned key before completed return, not knowing I needed to take an instant picture through process. From past rental U-Haul, I knew to take photos, but unable to upload. Needed instant through mobile app. Now knowing, I would use this location again, I foresee an easier rental transition now that I know the mobile process
Karen BThe facility has several large, deep potholes leading to and from the office. The office is dirty and cluttered with everything but U-Haul-related items, plus it smells like cigarettes, vehicle fuel fumes, and mildew. The facility is a makeshift automotive service/garage sale/ living/marketplace area. While checking in, a huge pile of used clothing was in the corner of the office, being sorted into piles on a filthy floor. The gentleman doing the check-ins is not very customer service friendly. When dropping off, the first thing he did was attempt to open the driver's side door before the vehicle was in park and ask if the cargo area was clean and if the gas tank was filled back to where it was when it was picked up. I will not use this facility for future U-Haul rentals.

Chris BThe floor of the box was very dirty and there was some left over garbage from the previous renter so we had to use the rentable moving blankets to put down so that our stuff wouldn't get dirty. It would be nice to be reimbursed for the use of the blankets since we had no choice but to use them since the provided vehicle was so dirty. Had there been a different truck available for use, we would have chosen that. Please advise.

Paul JI wouldn't recommend this jerk to clean up behind dogs. You NEVER talk to a customer like he did me. You're concerned about your signage being read, get some lighting! The box leaked, 14,000 and it leaves water all over our bed.

Lisa SThe taillights stopped working on the trailer I rented, and we had to leave it at another location, unload it, and go back to pick it up to return it the next day. The turn signals worked, but it was dark, and unsafe to tow.

luis mThe young man who processed my trailer rental was personable and very helpful. My trailer was full of leaves, dirt and pine needles with no trees anywhere close so probably not cleaned by the last user or at the site before I received it. The trailer itself was an older model with swivel down side support stand that was bottomed out in a depression and had to be manually lifted in order to hook up. That was easy for the initial connection but when I arrived after hours I could not disconnect without driving my truck onto some sand bags I luckily had in the bed of my truck in order to deploy the side stand. Being Washington I had to do that in the rain and dark. Didn’t need a shower when I got home.

Paul LThe bracket for the hand truck and bag for the blankets that are permanently attached to the side of the truck are COMPLETLEY in the way of getting full use of the space you pay for. If they were moved to the side where the gas tank filler is the truck would be more usable. I was disappointed that we could not use the full amount of space we paid for because of the additional equipment we did not request and declined when making the reservation was in the way.

JOHN GStaff the location. I dropped off during business hours, but the door was locked. Another customer, waiting there for a rental pickup, suggested I use the online return process. It was a muddy overgrown lot, and I had to move trash to park the unit out of the driveway. There are better dealers closer to my home.
Richard WWhen picking up the vehicle the location was closed but was able to secure it. The person giving me the vehicle said it had to be returned with 5/8 of a tank of gas. The truck when I got in was neared 3/8 than 5/8 (I have pics of the dash to back this up). I feel I was directed to put more gas in than it had. Which at these prices today is more than the cost of the vehicle before adding mileage. This left a seriously bitter taste in my mouth at the end of my rental. But I did as requested.
