No gas to start off in got down the road the gas light came on the truck sounded and drove like it needed to be in shop

JON FThe location was closed so I did not interact with the personnel (you should add a non applicable option to that question). I simply used the app to drop off the truck. The locations parking lot was well organized and easy to get the truck parked.
MICHAEL NThe maintenance alert shows up on dash and the tire pressure alert shows up as well but everything was okay.

Gustavo COriginal reservation had a utility cart in my rental, we were called the day before our rental and told you did not have our truck. Called back and it was changed and my truck was available. However they forgot our utility cart and we rented with our phone after hours so we just had to move without it.

CHRIS HWhat I did not like is the new brakes, or SURGE BRAKES, hated them, every time you come to a stop it's like you got rear ended. If I can get the old type of trailer in the future, I will request or look into another company. Hated this type of system.

Joshua EOur Uhaul truck’s A/C went out an hour into our drive. My husband had to drive 10 hours to Texas without A/C. We are very disappointed with the quality of the equipment and would like some kind of reimbursement.

Terry MOn the appliance dolly the strap lock down kept slipping over the stop mechanism. We worked around it due to having help, but if alone that could be an issue.

Jennifer GI was charged for extra mileage and I objected explaining that I put in using 400 miles and got a rate for that usage and that I may have used the truck for 220 miles that I should get a refund. He explained that he had change it because mileage was more than I said. The mileage when I picked up the truck must have been incorrect. I did not use the truck for 400 miles. Maybe 220. I want my refund! Thank You

John SThe man was nice...said he couldn't have given us credit even if it had indicated which it did. But of course, he could charge us an additional $33 for milage... I guess it's assumed we drove the U-haul around just for the fun of it.

GENE TRented from this location earlier in the week and had an amazing pick up. Returned this rental and the “one man show” sat inside and watched me disconnect the car tow in the rain without any assistance. I started toward the door of his shop and he hurried to open the door to ask if I needed help. This burned my rear end…. This oh poop took away my positive experience earlier in the week with him. Will not rent through this location again.
DOUGLAS CPickup facility and drop off location was exceptional. Equipment was clean however two tires were bald and had extremely low treads. I mentioned it to the pickup facility (a tire store) and he said U-Haul wouldn’t allow him to do any maintenance on the trailer.

TERRY SStop cheating customers out of money!!!! Read your mileage correctly before you rent out the box trucks. Or stop renting out uhauls all together. This 15’ box truck cost me more than the 26’ superhauler Three days before I rented your truck

Verta TI ordered and paid for a dolly and moving blankets and they weren’t in the truck. I picked up after hours so I was stuck moving without them.
