How order online you haul put down a cargo trailer I ask for a flatbed trailer it did not fit my needs I was not able to do what I needed to do I need up having to waste time and money and then when I'm returned the anime the man closed his door before hours after I told him I'd be back my 5 and 20 minutes before 5 he was nowhere in sight I left a trailer had difficulty disconnecting it will never never used this location again I honestly feel like it was a waste of my time I made a wasted trip was unable to get the supplies I needed because they didn't fit which they would have if I had gotten what item I ask forRebecca B.

The office was closed when we arrived and had to do the online "Drop-Off / Check-In" to leave the Rental Truck on the lot -- Think someone called in sick or something. Said it was not going to be open until 1pm that afternoon.Fred G.

There weren't many places to park the truck that wasn't in the way. The lot is on a hill, so maneuvering the trucks can be tricky.Rebekah E.

I requested a dozen pad, when I show up to pick up truck the guy told me he doesn't have pad. If he knew he was not going to have pad, they could have denied the request and I could went somewhere else to pick up the pad instead. I ended up have to goes elsewhere to get pad to move my stuff. Not a good way to organize the order on behave of U-haul and the location.TONY T.
When you rent a van for a day you would expect to have the van for the day or at the least 8 hours. We were texted from U-Haul that we needed to return our rental in 5 hours from when we picked the van up.! We may not use U-haul again because of their Texting!!Jon W.

The parking lot is in horrible condition. Broken concrete with ruts and holes. Very little area to leave a vehicle. A Sign says, Do not park U-Hall returns in front of garage doors. Will be towed at renters expense. (not a word for word quote, but best I can remember) This return place works on vehicles (tires, brakes, etc.) and has several service bays (like a Wal-Mart) so did not want their service doors blocked.Julia Y.

That guy had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever!!! Instead of talking to you like a decent customer he acts like you are a burden, annoying and doesnt have thr time to deal with you. He makes bad situations ecen worse by his terrible attitude. He seriously needs to take a class or something. His driveway is complete crap also.ashley K.
This was one of the easiest U-Haul drop offs in many decades and many, many rentals! While there are several options in Mt. Pleasant / Dangerfield -- this is BY FAR the best one!! They speak English and know how to use the computer system. It is clean and they are very efficient and courteous.william R.

The first place that I was suppose to pick the uhaul up was not ready and the staff did not know what they were doing. The meat company in mount pleasant, TX. Horrible experience but called uhaul and they told me to come here and they were very helpful at r&c tire town.Emily B.

I dropped off after hours -- the site was cluttered and very full -- really didn't know where I could drop it off and the property is on a slope. Also I believe there's another Uhaul dealer next door on an empty lot -- which made where to drop it off even more challenging.Gregory H.

Originally I ask for a pickup truck which the reservationist told me he would have for me on the date set or a 10' truck. The owner told me that he hadn't seen a truck for rent for years in Mt Pleasant. The 10' was OK but I was mislead by originally.john P.
The dolly was â€œfineâ€ as it got the towed auto to it's destination. However, about an hour into the drive, the right tail light assembly popped off and was hanging by the wires. My husband, fortunately, had some duct tape. This should not have happened.DONNA D.

There were no lights and the signage was not visible from the street. There was a Uhaul truck with a sign in it. the building looked to be abandoned and there was no place to drop off the key. So I had to call UHaul and get another location that was over 30 miles away. UHaul charged me a $3 fee for wrong drop-off when I called and was sent to another location because there was no dropbox for the key. I was also charged a $25 over mileage fee due to the original location not being set up appropriately to receive trucks after hours. I am not happy with Uhaul at all.JOCELYN R.
