A lot! The whole process was horrible it took an hour and half to get the truck after arriving, called the 24/7 helpline and after over an hour and talking to 3 representatives I was about to cancel the whole reservation until I commented â€œI can't believe there is nothing you can do to get me into the lock box because it doesn't recognize my location this is 24/7 helpline and he told me he could send me to another location, I told him I've already wasted an hour and a half so he asked his manager and that process took awhile longer before he came back and said his manager said we could do it manually. Wow!! Really!! Not a single rep out of the 3 new you could get into the lockbox manually and check me in not one! It's supposed yo be a 24 hour helpline but no one knows how to help you. I wasting half my morning before getting a truck and getting started on my move.Kevin E.
The check engine light came on and the motor didn't seem to downshift from trailer mode. I was glad that I only had a short trip. I don't know that it was R&H's fault in any way. I suspect that it was the fault of uHaul itself.Leslie C.

Where we went to the one in Ottawa Ks. From our old house to the new house is 70 miles and and they wrote down 65 miles. So we had to pay extra..John T.

The location was in a small town, and was an old location. However, the friendly people there made ALL the difference! They went out of their way to accommodate my change in truck size on short notice, and were so helpful and cheerful on a very hot summer day.rick C.

Received probably the oldest, dirtiest trailer at any u-haul location anywhere! The person who hooked up the trailer didn't know what he was doing. He did not secure the tongue to our hitch properly. We hit a bump & it bounced off our hitch in the middle of the road. Thankfully we were moving at a slow speed. Totally unacceptable!Warren B.

U-haul should know all locations they have. I was told there was no U-haul place in Ottawa but guess what there is!!! Also I will be calling U-haul representative my check in date was Aug 3rd according to my paperwork took it back Aug 2nd and I got charged for extra day???Crystal S.
There was broken glass on the floor of the trailer when picked up. Also, despite being told that all the lights on the trailer were working before I left, the tail lights did not function. Good thing I was driving during daytime hours.STEVE V.

Satisfied overall, was told my cost was going to be about $155.00, but when I actually paid for it, it was about $30.00 higher. I was told the increase was due to it going out of area, not a local move., but I was very clear that I was taking the Trailer out of town to Omaha, NE. and had discussed where I could drop it off in Omaha, so really didn't believe that excuse for the $30.00 increase in price. just figured it was a "gotcha". But overall, would use again.Edward W.

I dropped off the trailer at the appointed time. It was 45 min after opening and no one was there. I knocked and called. I left phone message 3 times that day and daily since. I still have not received phone call as requested that trailer was checked in. I took picture and documented time that I left trailer. I am concerned they have had some family emergency or something unexpected.JEFFREY D.

R&H sales did not leave the keys in the box. We had to go to an alternative location. Customer service entered the wrong alternative location in the updated contract. So then they said we didn't return the truck. We had returned the truck same day 2 hours after pick up. Took phone calls and emails to get this all worked out after 2 days. Lots of time and aggravation. If R&H sales had not messed up it would have been a better experience.Paul J.

I would have requested another truck but that location did not have another. The exhaust leaked terribly. The mirrors would not stay adjusted. The passenger side window would no open so passenger could adjust mirror. It was not a pleasant trip because the exhaust was strong smelling and the AC did not work properly. I am requesting some reimbursement for all of this.Evangeline G.

The Ottawa ks location was very helpful with my rental truck. I can not say that about the Fort Scott, Ks location. They asked a lot of personal questions and then turned it around to say, well we ask because of 911. My reply was "I don't want to go to prison or ready to live with killing others on my mind for the rest of my life". I want to know if they ask white customers these questions? I did not get question to death by the Ottawa location. Fort Scott Ks location, for three days, I had to go in cause the order was not right or did not go into their system. Something needs to be done because I did not trust them to have a truck for me when I needed it.Audra Y.
